In May 1997, Thread Waxing Space was converted into a 300-seat Bingo Hall for a weekend: Special Edition Bingo Cards were published. An All-American Dinner Buffet was offered including extravagant Jell-O displays. The harder you play the more likely you are to win. Community sponsors donated the prizes. The Grand Prize was a Trip to Las Vegas for two. (Invitation design, Bingo card edition, video promos of prizes, dinner buffet, song and dance numbers, and costumes.)
